Questions we often hear before the first conversation.

If yours is not here, it is a great way to start the conversation.

General

What does GVolo do?

GVolo diagnoses, builds, integrates, recovers and evolves digital products, systems and operations. It combines product, engineering, AI, quality and operations as each problem requires.

How does the first conversation work?

It is a consultation to check fit: we understand your initial context and assess whether there is a responsible way forward. It does not replace a diagnostic, an architecture or a technical plan.

Is the diagnostic free?

Not by default. When the work requires investigation, analysis, architecture, a backlog or a structured recommendation, it is treated as a contracted deliverable.

How much does a project cost?

The investment is defined once we understand the goal, scope, dependencies, risk and engagement model. GVolo does not publish generic prices for problems of a different nature.

Does GVolo work on projects already underway?

Yes. We can come in through a diagnostic, a recovery, an integration, a well-defined workstream or added capacity, depending on access and responsibilities.

Where is GVolo based, and who does it work with?

GVolo is based in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil, and works remotely with companies in Brazil and other countries.

Which technologies does GVolo use?

The choice depends on the context. Our skills include Java, .NET, Node.js, Python, React, Next.js, cloud, APIs, data, AI, automation, QA and DevOps, among others that fit the problem.

Does GVolo provide support after go-live?

It can provide stabilization, maintenance or ongoing evolution when that is part of the contract. Hours, channels, severity levels and responsibilities must be defined in the contract.

How is security handled?

The analysis covers data, access, authentication, permissions, logs, dependencies, testing and environment risks. Specific controls are defined according to the solution and its level of criticality.

Can I hire just one specialist?

Yes, when one specific skill meets the need. We can also put together pods, squads or projects with a defined scope.

How do I get started?

Use the solution finder to identify a direction, or book a consultation. If you prefer, share your context through the form or use our official WhatsApp.

What does AI applied to operations mean?

It means using models and automations inside a real process, connected to data, systems, rules, owners and metrics. The technology is chosen after the problem and the controls are clear.

Does the first conversation include a diagnostic?

No. The conversation checks context and fit. When mapping, architecture, a backlog or a technical plan is needed, that becomes a structured, contracted deliverable.

Does all the data need to be organized?

Not necessarily. The state of the data is part of the feasibility assessment, but access, quality, legal basis and security can limit or change the recommended solution.

What makes an integration critical?

An integration is critical when its downtime, delays or inconsistencies affect revenue, customer service, inventory, payments, logistics, compliance or business continuity.

Does GVolo work with ERP, CRM and e-commerce?

Yes, when there is access and technical fit. The diagnostic confirms platforms, APIs, limits, authentication and responsibilities before we commit to implementation.

How much does an integration cost?

The investment depends on the systems, contracts, volume, criticality and existing gaps. The first conversation qualifies the situation; a structured analysis may be needed to produce a responsible estimate.

Does the system need to be rewritten?

That cannot be determined before the assessment. Many recoveries combine stabilization, risk reduction and incremental evolution; a rewrite is only one option and has to be justified.

Do you take over products already in production?

We can assess and take over well-defined workstreams, as long as access, responsibilities, risks, acceptance criteria and transition are defined.

Does the diagnostic disrupt operations?

The approach aims to observe and assess with the least possible impact. Any invasive test or change in production requires authorization, a change window and a rollback plan.

What is the difference between a specialist, a pod and a squad?

A specialist covers one specific skill. A pod brings together a few skills for one mission. A squad takes on a broader, ongoing workstream. The choice depends on the goal, the level of autonomy and the interfaces required.

Does the team work alongside our in-house team?

Yes. Integration, decisions, ceremonies, access, responsibilities and acceptance criteria are defined to avoid a parallel team without context.

Is there a minimum contract term?

The format and duration depend on the mission and the capacity required. GVolo does not publish a standard term before assessing the context.
